Tianjiang Pharmaceutical Successfully Holds 2024 "Quality Month" Training Event

In October 2024, Tianjiang Pharmaceutical hosted the 2024 "Quality Month" training event. The event aimed to elevate quality management to new heights through systematic and comprehensive training, enhance quality risk control capabilities, and strengthen the quality management system. It also sought to enhance the awareness and accountability of quality management among Tianjiang's subsidiaries. The event officially started on October 24 and lasted for three days. During the event, Tianjiang Pharmaceutical specially invited industry experts to deliver insightful lectures to the participants. Topics included the interpretation of current regulations and policies on the registration of new traditional Chinese medicines, daily management norms and common issues in laboratories, and the newly added and revised testing items in the 2025 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. In addition, Tianjiang Pharmaceutical's internal quality trainers shared external learning outcomes, discussing the main changes in the standards related to traditional Chinese medicine in the 2025 edition of the Pharmacopoeia, as well as content from the training classes on the revisions of the 2025 edition held by the Pharmacopoeia Commission. By combining theoretical explanations with case studies, the training helped participants gain a deep understanding of the core concepts of the latest regulations and policies and master the quality standards and testing techniques of the new Pharmacopoeia.
Besides theoretical training, the company also organized a Quality Month Quiz Competition to further stimulate employees' enthusiasm and positivity towards participating in quality management. Employees expressed their commitment to applying the knowledge and skills learned during the training to their actual work, adopting a more rigorous attitude and solid approach to continuously advancing Tianjiang Pharmaceutical's quality management efforts.
